About No-Budget Production
No-Budget Production presents historical video and film productions from the mind of creative producer and indie rock pundit, Frank Harlan.
Highlights on this channel includes videos by bands and musicians featured on Harlan's weekly television series, Bombshelter Videos (1984-1992) and NorthWest Rock (1988-1996). Bombshelter debuted in Alaska and ended up in Seattle on KSTW TV11 (87-88) and KTZZ TV22 / Cable 10 (89-94).
Harlan also sang for the Clyng-Onz, one of Alaska's most productive bands of their era (early 80's). Members were involved in a lot of different projects like publishing fanzines, writing music & recording it, producing live shows and makin' cheesy music videos.
All of Harlan's work in the indie rock industry is currently archived at EMP (Experience Music Project), the music history museum located in Seattle, Washington.
