I just realised that I haven't updated my description for two years! Fortunately, I haven't changed much :)

Hey :)) I'm Frankii. orite it says that below. Ah well. I'm here to edit and display vidders. Yarg. I'm not evil, I love love love to talk to people and try and make you feel happy if you're down, or excited if you're bored. I LOVE MEPs - want me to be in one? Sure, hit me up- with a link. Collab? Yes please! Request? Well sure, if ya want :) Productions team? Well, I have an intro made up, but I'm going to wait a while before I hold an actual contest. I'm undecided as to whether to join a team right now, but if you'd like me to, I wont say no :) I LOVE to talk, message me just anything - "Hi, how are you" works as well as anything, really :)

A few things :

Subscriptions are really appreciated - I like to know people think my stuff is worth watching - but at the same time they're not the be-all and end-all.

Effects.

Let me make this clear. I don't consider myself an effects jammer, nor am I an effects Nazi. I don't care either way, as long as you put effort in. And I can tell what takes effort and what doesn't. Some effects are simpler to utilise than others. So don't expect me to be impressed with a video that's crammed with rainbow colours but the clips don't match or bear any relevance to the music. However, effects in my or anyone's vids don't mean they //haven't// put effort in. It's just a matter of how well they are used.

Okay, so recently it has not become uncommon to scroll down from an awesome video which is beautiful in every way, get to the comment box and find something hideously ugly lurking there. Okay, there;'s a difference between blatant copying - same clips, same time, same effects - and unintentional coincidences. You can't just march up to someone and say "You stole my style" - for goodness sake, you don't own the rights to making a video a particular way. But that is between those video makers, and for other people to jump all over them and criticise them both is not very nice, not to mention stupid - you getting involved is only over-dramatising the situation.

I think all amv makers, particularly those who feel hard done by, should just take a step back, forget whatever you're planning to type angrily in my comment box (NB, I rarely check that, it's better to pm me XD) and realise how fortunate you are. You have access to a computer, you have (probably, if you can get at a computer) a roof over your head, food to eat, money to live comfortably. So claiming you're being "discriminated" against or that there is a "war" on between you and some other amv maker is absolute bullcrap. WAR is having bombs fall on your house. WAR is not knowing if your family will come home from work. WAR is having your rights, liberties and possessions stripped away from you.

A bunch of insults and name calling is not, my friends, war. That is childish, spoilt and just plain stupid. The people who do this are attention seeking drama queens who need to get a life and appreciate what they have.

My favourite TV show is of course Doctor Who, with Sarah Jane Adventures coming off that. Sarah Jane is my idol, she's really great. Ergo I make vids about her. David Tennant is gorgeous, ergo I make vids about him. And Disney movies are so easy to make vids of, so yeah.
