About Me:
I'm a full time mom of 4 beautiful children (and a little angel) and I have a precious grandson. I have been married for 18 years and love spending time with family and friends. We have extended family in the area so we get to spend quality time with them as well.
I have been a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 14 years. For the past year and a half I have been training my dog for Search and Rescue. It's a lot of work but will all be worth it when she rescues someone who's lost. I love what I do because I enjoy helping people whenever I can. Every year I put together community dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas (my family helps cook and serve) to anyone who doesn't have the means to get their own or those who have no family to spend the holidays with. I have been involved with this for 19 years and look forward to doing it again every year.
Some things I like to do are: write poems, listen to music, dance, read, go camping and enjoy the beauty of the sun rise and sun set.
I also like animals, we have 10 dogs, 4 cats, a mini hamster, 2 lizards and we had 3 baby squirrels that we rescued and raised so we could release them back into the wild, which we did early this past summer. We live in the country so we get the opertunity of seeing deer, eagles, squirrels, moose and many other animals.
I worked during spud harvest this year (for the first time) driving truck and I truely enjoyed that job as well. I'm looking forward to it again next year. Because I worked with some spanish speaking people and could not understand them, I am now learning spanish. I also want to learn sign language, something I have wanted to do since I was a kid.

hello my name is heather and im only 15 i seen this and all i could do is think of you and the kids i know i dont know you but my oldest brother joined the army and there could be a chance that he could go to Afghanistan. but i thank you alot for fighting for our country. love ya and thank you
