Jeffrey S. Epstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., The Founder and Director of the Foundation for Hair Restoration, is one of the most well respected hair transplant surgeons in the world who has almost 15 years of experience as a hair restoration surgeon and 18 years as a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

The Foundation for Hair Restoration and Plastic Surgery (FHRPS) is the first and only cosmetic surgery practice management company that is founded and largely owned by the physicians. The FHRPS brings together a group of elite-level private practice physicans throughout the country, recognized for their expertise in various specialties of plastic and hair restoration surgery, and provides them the business model to professionally and effectively promote and manage their practices, maintaining and enhancing their ability to deliver outstanding patient care.

Every affiliated surgeon is board certified in his/her specialty (ties), including the fields of plastic, facial plastics, and/or hair restoration surgery. Each physician's office helps create the FHRPS' patient service guidelines and standards, which places patient care and satisfaction, as well as an overall commitment to excellence, first.

Currently, the FHRPS consists of surgical offices in Miami, New York City, Boca Raton, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, and Aventura, as well as consultation offices in Tampa and Jacksonville. Plans for additional offices in New Jersey, Chicago, Indianapolis, and San Francisco are underway.
