For many years I was a Pub Pianist (I needed the money). I have also played with a small band playing for Scottish Country Dance Societies( Jigs & Reels etc). - Feb 2009- I have taken out the line that read "Nowadays I just play my keyboard" I have had to add to this that since watching all the wonderful piano players on You Tube, both young and older, I have again,after some 10 years of just playing the keyboard, started to play piano again and am enjoying it. It takes some effort after letting the keyboard take the strain of the rhythm for so many years.

Playing keyboards and writing out music on my computer, mostly old songs I used to play years ago and have almost forgotten. Getting music for them is usually an impossibility. (I get friends to sing them to me and then quickly get the dots typed into my computer.
