About this user

Fortwentydaze started as a collective group of musicians from Hawaii with the common love for reggae music. As one of the few reggae bands on the Vegas scene, the band has covered a realm of venues and regions in its several years of existence. Fortwentydaze has had the honor of opening the stage for national and international artists such as Gregory Isaacs, Third World, Yellowman, The Wailers, Ooklah the Moc, Natural Vibrations, Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, and many more. Locally in Vegas, Fortwentydaze has played a number of concerts and festivals including Rebelpalooza, Reggae in the Desert, Pure Aloha, Battle of the Bands, etc.

Fortwentydaze reformed their lineup in late 2008 with Christian Alailima on Vocals/Guitar hailing from San Jose, CA, and Jesse Slade from Kaui on tha Drums...new songs and style would soon follow while still maintaining a commitment to share peace and love wherever they play.
