Wow! I love anime, but this roundtable contains every Otaku stereotype in one room. Overweight, seemingly social awkward, and somewhat elitist. This makes the rest of us look bad, lol

This anime had some of the most gratuitous fan service in the history of the medium. Don't get me wrong, fan service in itself is not terrible, but when every two second they have boob shots, it's going over the top.

This is one of the biggest abominations ever against anime! Not only are the English voices disgustingly bad, but they also changed (deleted) entire episodes and changed major plot points in the translation. This might be even worse than the Clover Way Sailor Moon dub!

Bashing 4kids is like kicking a one legged asthmatic while they're down. Everyone knows just how bad that they are (and you didn't even touch on their craptacular dub of Escaflowne).

Wow, this was horrible! I think that we have to think of this in the context of when this was on TV. The Flintstones was on 15 years removed from WW2, so not as many people were that concerned about things offensive to the Japanese. No excuse for it now though.

Granted, her pronounciation of the Japanese words is not the greatest, but in her defense a very pronounced British accent (which she appears to have) does necessarily translate easily to speaking Japanese (which is a very difficult language to master for non-native speaker).

I've seen a lot of concerts in my life...but as a long time X Japan song, I was almost in tears at this part of the show. You could really tell just how full of emotional Yoshiki was. You could also tell how much they all wished that Hide could have been there to have seen them rock out the USA...

Typically, I don't like dubs...but the English voices in Baka to Test weren't half bad. That being said, the voices in the subbed version are far superior...especially when it comes to Muttsulini, Hideyoshi, and Minami. I don't like the English Minami voice at all.

I couldn't agree more about "Sailor Moon"...and in my opinion both casts (both Cloverway and DIC) were horrible. I thought that the Lodoss War dub was pretty bad yes, but have you seen the "Escaflowne" dub? It blows RLW away in pure dubbed horribleness.

This was one of the first JPop songs that I heard (we're going back about 17 years), and it's still one of my favorites. This is one of those songs that you can't be in a bad mood when you hear it.
