IVE RAN ALL MAKES OF BIG BLOCKS FORD, CHEVY AND CHRYSLER AND THE FE FORD RAN AND PULLED BETTER THAN ANY OTHER.

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS A FE 406 IN A CAMARO AND ITS THE BEST RUNNING CAMARO IVE EVER SEEN. YOU CANNOT REACH THE DASH ON TAKEOFF AND IVE OWNED MANY CHEVY POWERED CAMAROS ETC. AND YES THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD FE FORD MOTORS IN THEM.

The 289 is a hell of a motor you cant beat it on the street it revs so fast. My 289 mustang was off the starting line before my friend got his 350 S10 to move and he never could catch me.

I use to run fe and cleveland motors then switched to chevy and now i know why they are cheaper to build you get what you pay for. LOL Time to sell all that chevy junk and go back to ford i miss the whiplash effect of the ford fe and the cleveland.
