I changed my wafer once a week and stuck with the coloplast bags for the ilieostomy . I certianly looks easier when you are slim..... did you have bowel cancer or some other type of carcinoma?? You are pretty young..>I was 36 when diagnosed..... Thanks for the great video...well done my friend...
