The difference between this kick and others is the bio mechanics involved. A kick is a kick and a punch is a punch, it is how it is taught and executed that is the difference, if you study human movement you will perfect any technique.

The thing to remember when doing this excercise is to rotate the elbows around inorder to get propper alignment, if the mechanics are right you can do this excercise with a little practice.
