It came to my attention that, something different had to be done after graduating college as a computer programmer watching the value of the dollar droping in such a dramatic way. Being a dad of three teens, I came to a conclusion that something different has to be done and not ony the 401K was going to survive my kids. I went into research on what I was doing wrong and the wealthy were doing right. The sobering answer I found was that, none of them was working a J.O.B (Just Over Broke) or (Just On Bills). Thank God I was coachable an teachable. I am here to share with you what I found that has changed my life, my family, and my community.
