	fojeba (7 months ago) My advise to President Barack Obama regarding the African continent would be to help Africa move from 53 countries to 4 or 5 countries.Africa was divided in small pieces on November 15,1884 at the Conference of Berlin. Africa Unite as Bob Marley said in 1979.That would solve most of the problems ,including wars,immigration and reduce poverty.
