If you life in the UK, there are no roadtax. Motorists pay for their cars, not for use of the road. VED is a tax on emissions, not a road fee. Roads are paid for by general and local taxation, not by motorists directly. Don´t call it roadtax, call it cartax!

@michaellynn8 You say that "cyclists are the most dangerous road users"?? How many people are being killed or seriously injured by cyclists a year? How many people are killed or seriously injured by cars each year? Of course cyclists have to ride properly, no doubt about that...but your statement...
