@fvsmedical I use snapz. A program that you purchase and can download videos, screenshots, selective portions of screens, etc.. awesome program and a very decent price.

This has a lot of great information but it does go way to fast even for a speed reader. I had to pause it with every screen so I could read everything. It is great though
