John Stewart, considered by many to be the greatest contemporary songwriter, passed away last weekend at the age of 68.
John's music captured America and a spirit that is hard to explain. That spirit has been with me for over forty-five years and will be in my heart forever.
John has his ticket to the stars and is on a new journey. I hope someday we can all see where that journey has led him.

We will make contact but I think Steve is the roomate I had when I was in college at the University of Washington and had a summer job at Olympic National Park.
Congrats on the 3,000 mark for "Chilly Winds"! I've been watching as you got closer and have been looked forward to this milestone . And thanks for the kind words on Xroads - I'll wait a decent interval and then reply - thought I might embed your CH followed by Nikki's, just to make it easier for folks to see.
