Im just a guy who raps for the fun of it and hoping to slowly get better over time..I just recently updated my equipment for my recording and producing since i mostly produce myself. i have a presonus firebox for my audio interface, krk rokit studio monitors, eurorack mixer, and a mxl v67g microphone. I also bought 2 pairs of really expensive headphones, sony 7506's, and some audio technica ath-m40 to help with my monitoring. Now i'm working towards upgrading my acoustic environment to help with recording my vocals. So i'm probably going to purchase audimute sound acoustic blankets and hang them all around my wall so i can deaden the room a bit more. And somehow try to build a booth. I'm basically building a studio, and i know it'll take a lot of time for me to be finished, but i'm saving up money all the time with a part time job, so hopefully i get to where i need to be soon. I've also got tons of software for my recording like nuendo 4, cubase 1, cool edit pro 2.0 and fruity loops 9 to help make beats, even though i suck at making beats! right now i only use nuendo 4 and sometimes i use cool edit pro 2.0 to record, but mostly it's nuendo 4 because i have alot of plugins for it to help with my vocals, and i've just gotten used to it. I almost like producing just as much as i like rapping, so i think i'll always produce hip hop music until i die because it's just fun as hell! I'm 18 right now, so im just trying to become the best MC i can be, since i don't really have anything else to do most of the time. i don't really care if i suck or not, im persistant so i don't give a fuck. i do what i wanna do, ya know? if nobody likes it, fuck it. but i do the best i can so thats all that matters to me. im still tryin to find my voice right now along with my style. i just write and rap right now but no style, i just write whatever comes to my head. I also am a pretty big basketball fan. I'm from indianapolis, IN so i gotta root for my hometown pacers even though they suck ass...
