I think the only way to update Kain would be to remake the game as an epic action RPG, and I also know somebody who could pull it off: CDPR, the guys who made The Witcher and The Witcher 2, just check the gameplay videos. Next best thing is Blood Omnicide ;)

Yep, was the only place in the game where i found skeletons. Tossing a flare is enough to kill them off
