I think someone uses this owl to hunt with or as a pet, like falconers do. It has bands around it's legs, and strips to tie it to a perch--you can see them trailing as it flies. It's not a wild owl. But in any case, it's an awesome video!! I love seeing them play and rub against each other. They ...
