The most important rule during holidays is not what you eat it's how much and the time gap inbetween. You can cheat everyday eating whatever you want, just dont stuff yourself with huge portion size.

Charices Voice projection is just too powerful. Thats why in this duet she sounds like shes louder and lower. So Hyang is no doubt a great singer, and her head voice is superior but not voice projection.

This duet here in Star king was probably the best in their tv show history. The lady singing with charice is considered one of korea's top female singers. To invite her to sing with charice, shows how much korea acknowledges her talent.

@Ivereadaboutit Locking joints on pull ups does not damage it. I have injured my left shoulder from doing shoulder presses and dead hang pull ups with weights 45+ lbs does not hurt it. I would agree with your if you were doing push type exercises such as benching but dead hang pull ups dont hur...

that kick has solid impact and enough power to make someone double over. Who ever said you need more strength needs to get hit by that same kick and see if he can still stand without pause. one of those to the chest knocks the wind out of you.
