About this user

Mr. Flako is an Arizona based rapper/producer from the small town of Flagstaff. Music has always
been a huge influence in his life, due to his father being a musician, but he never thought of composing
material of his own until his cousin introduced him to a beat making program called Magix. The second he
learned how to compose instrumentals, he was addicted. Often spending sleepless nights trying to perfect
his material, he then began working on writing lyrics. He was always a naturally skilled writer, so the words
poured out faster than he could write them, and he soon obtained a cheap mic and started on recording. The
small demo, though very basic beginner material, helped him create a buzz and establish himself as a rapper
in his hometown. He later on joined his cousin and a school friend to form the group No Mercy, which
created a bigger buzz beyond Flagstaff. After some time the group split and Mr. Flako began on his own
independent project, which spawned his first complete album "From A to Z", featuring hit songs "Bouncin'
Lika Lowrider", "Find Me In AZ" and "My Sins". Now after a small absence, Mr. Flako is back in 2011 working
on his first mixtape "Explicit Content", featuring collaborations with independant artists all over the country,
set to be released in December. The time has come for this young artist to make a mark in the rap
game and establish himself as a serious name in Arizona and beyond.
