Hello, my name is Stef and I'm just here to stretch for you. I'm desperately trying to become more flexible. And at home I'm currently uses shiny surfaces on the carpet in my living room to practice my spins off ice. I'm not very good with my jumps, although I can do a waltz, alright.
I don't actually ice skate that often but I want to go every weekend. When I move into a new house and I get sorted then I'm going to ask for figure skating lessons.
So far, I have noticed that my flexibility has increased which I am very glad for. I do my stretch once a day 20 seconds each one. It's hard, but it's really worth it.
I should really do it more often but school is in the way. I don't get much time to myself nowadays.
