What I love about pole dancing is that it is an amazing form of exercise for women (upper body conditioning and core strength, everything we need to fight osteoporosis!) and it is also an incredible confidence boost. It is good for the mind and body.
I am studying to be a physical therapist so the human body and fitness are very important to me and I find it fascinating!
