I would urge anyone watching this video to get a stopwatch out and manually time the building collapse from the clip at 3.40. I have timed it 15 or 20 times and i cannot get anywhere near 5.4 secs. I'm starting the stopwatch the moment i see the roof move and stopping when it disappears from view...

@bluesalon The tuning is open D (D A D F# A D). I don't have the chords but if you tune your guitar that way its easy to learn just watching him play it on this video (basically thats how i did it).
