All religions are inherently flawed in my humble opinion, but the Christian bible paints the ABSOLUTE WORST picture there could be of a possible god.
A jealous, irrational, vengeful, hateful, chauvinist, homophobic, psychopath who requires his creation to worship him or be tortured forever, even though he made them intrinsically sinful by nature to begin with.
This isn't a god that deserves my worship or love, or yours for that matter. I assume from the start that you are a better person than the god of the bible.
I mean, c'mon, you have a band and you dig Blind Melon. That's a great start!
