Irrelevant. It is inefficient to attempt to list all parties that fall within the set "condescending and arrogant". I don't care if they are or are not people of faith.

If you are in class, your phone is turned off and put away, preferable not even on your person. Class is for class, it isn't for your phone.
If your phone is out, you get a zero on your next exam and you get to leave the classroom for the rest of the period. No exceptions.
