I started Fitter in 1985 after double foot operations and an earlier knee operation in the hope of regaining my balance back. After 4 years or Luge racing I moved to racing World Cup Speed Skiing for Canada from 1990 to 1995 and had a op speed of 205.56 Kph at Les Arc, France.

I published our First Catalog of balance products in 1997 and since then have made a focused effort to provide the best balance training product in the world to our customers to help them rehab, prevent injury, and to Master the Art of Aging Gracefully.

I speak professionally as a member of CAPS with on focus on "Reviving your 9 to 5". This is a fun, informative key note or Lunch and Learn talk on the paradigm shift we are all facing with our current technology based work places.

I am married to Margaret and have 3 kids, Marquess, Tynan and Teaghan.
