I don't think that James Labrie wishes to be anybody, he is a great singer and a hell of a nice guy that's worked his ass off for well a well deserved success and enjoys bringing great music to people.

I think Peart in his younger days was alot faster and more precise. And Bonham and Moon had more power and rhythm. Mangini is an awesome drummer but speed is not everything. Buddy Rich in my opinion was a much faster drummer with excellent precision.

Rush took a couple of hiatus's during their legendary career and they are still kicking and extremely successful--------#3 at most consecutive gold albums behind The Rolling Stones and The Beatles. I think a break saved them and was needed.
