I spent money on an expensive book that was did not go into enough detail for a novice like myself. I followed the steps you demonstrated in this video and successfully replaced the cassette on my bike. I've since sent that book back to Amazon.

These kids are drunken assholes but the bouncer does NOT have the right to come at him like that. The kid wasn't doing anything to warrant that, which is why a manager comes out, gets the bouncer back inside and tries to diffuse the situation.
They are right, this is assault and as an employee...
