it works better than you'd think i'd never really learned the move before but i ran it from that collar tie all the time, if you can get your opponent off balance and grab an ankle on the opposit side of the body you can manuever them all the way to their back while they are falling.

theres good reason for not learning that granby when you were in highschool, it's definitely not a "basic" move as said here. it's excuted by elite level wrestlers only in few positions. lol, in my sectional in southwestern ohio 189s and 215s move just as fast as the 45's and previously being a 45 myself i moved fast as hell when i wrestled there. i cut another five and i'm wrestling 140 now. from our sectional tournament we send most of the state placers in ohio.

in ohio we call the cement mixer, either the cement mixer, the cement job, the pankcake, or the kindergarden killer, and the gator roll is just the gator roll lol, but risky stuff, good for a last minute pin if your opponent is gassed, nice moves.

we call that the hammerlock where i come from, but how i learned it the straight jacker makes more since, instead of rolling them like a cement job you get right next to them, walk it forward and grapevine so that can't bridge whatsoever, it's an outstanding move if you can get that chicken wing.
