Friedrich Nietzsche said: "Life without music would be a mistake." Although he harbored little sympathy towards the Absolute, he was right, because the music is the best way to achieve silence, where only you can know the Absolute. In the words we can communicate with the Absolute, but we can not know Him, because "Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent" (L. Wittgenstein). It may be classical music, or new age music or the Gospel, or any other genre of music: the important thing is that we all have our way to the silence! And the theological silence must open the way to the silence psychological, because it is in the silence of ourselves and of the world that God speaks to us and hears us.
