An ex-assassin, Drakka, is hired by the nortrious Kingpin to help find his missing grandaughter, who is held captive by a rival sadistic druglord known as Snakeyes, however the KingPin is unaware that Drakka is already set to destroy Snakeyes who once belonged to the very organization which murdered two of his mentors. With the help of his back-up crew Vann and Chris , and the pow wow bunnies, Drakka takes on an army of Martial Arts Killers, Gangsters,and street thugs, eliminating anyone he finds with ties to the Organization.
