About eight months ago, I sold my expensive to run car, went bike only and never looked back. I rode for fun, for fitness and to get places, I rode everywhere. I got fit, saved money and felt good about doing something for the environment. It was great, until five weeks ago, when I was hit by a car while riding in West End. I broke 12 bones in my back and almost every bone in my face, spent 9 days in the trauma ward at the PA hospital and worse, totally wrote off my bike. I'm recovering well and next week I start a rehabilitation program that will get me back on the bike. Since going bike only this is the longest time I've gone without riding and I miss it a lot. I'd love to be a part of the 99 bikes green team. (less info)
