@saltyfrye Its a courtesy, like with freekicks. The ref only has to ensure all players are in their respective halves. Why the Leverkusen players all rushed back and didn't wait for their keeper to get back in position, I don't know.

The reason I ask is just that it's obviously voiced through a Confederate veteran but it also sounds like a Union-inspired swipe at the South. Lines like "I hate... this great republic too" - seems odd to use the word "great" ...
