for everyone who reads this i have a great information: if u re getting health conditions on the raw diet you re finally ready for the real true raw diet that is called the 80/10/10 diet. For me that was the case, candida made me realized that i was doing the raw diet in a way that wasnt working. There is only one working raw diet. Why are you so sure you re doing the right one? You re consuming 60% of your calories in fat. The longest living people in the world are consuming around 10-15%. Do this raw and you ll get better results than them

Weve all come short of the glory of God, were all sinners, weve all lied, stolen etc. and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23) and the bible says all liars, adulterers, idolaters etc. will have their part in the lake of fire (hell) found in Revelation 21:8. We all deserve hell. But theres good news, Jesus Christ, fully God, fully man, without sin, came to earth to die on the cross taking our punishment for our sins, so you can be saved if you believe and trust in Jesus Christ to save you.

The raw diet is great, but orthodox raw fruitarianism is the ultimate. There's no higher ideal for a spiritual diet.

We don't eat seeds, grains, beans, nuts, or even foods like pineapple which require the killing of the plant - or foods like Durian which clearly don't wish to be eaten. When you have to put so much effort into stealing the nutrient placenta of a seed, it's shameful and certainly far below spiritual.
