my favorite goodman track of all time--so indescribably peppy, and what a killer solo! I was looking up info on the song itself (i know that hampton did a version of it but thats all...)--so I take it that it was written by "youmans-harback-O'dea"? does the song have a story??

very clever. very cool. love what happens around 2 mins. huge fan of the noise loop, however not a huge fan of the strings...there was a harmony tone on the first note that felt out of key if you know what I'm saying. cool interpretation.

a win for real music. As an aspiring upright bass player, its a true insperation to see someone with real training and talent get the spotlight. Thank god for her and for her award.
