I'm just your average Christian guy who is also a fan of Women's Bodybuilding and more recently Women's Physique. I am mainly using this video channel to help support and promote female bodybuilders and Physique competitors as well as both Female Bodybuilding and Women's Physique in general.

I have been a fan of Female Bodybuilding for over a quarter century now, and have recently more and more become a fan of the new Women's Physique division in the IFBB and the NPC. For the longest time I was a closet fan of FBB, afraid that others would find out about my admiration and appreciation for women bodybuilders. This went on until I finally had an epiphany. It is IMPOSSIBLE for any woman to live the bodybuilding lifestyle and not by default be a woman of exceptional personal character. Therefore, in the end it is foolish for any person to be afraid or ashamed of admiring and appreciating such women, whose amazing physiques are living manifestations and testaments to the character they possess. Due to that little revelation, I've decided to no longer hide my appreciation of female bodybuilders, and come out in wholehearted support of them and their division. When it comes to Women's Physique I at first honestly didn't know WHAT to think. I have now had the opportunity to see this new IFBB/NPC division live at the 2011 Jr. Nationals, and from what I've seen I think that it's definitely a move in the right direction. I think it's fantastic that those women who are too muscular for Figure but not muscular enough for FBB now have a division they can call their own and participate in, and even though they are still ironing it out I think this new division has great promise for the future. As a result I've decided to start supporting and promoting Women's Physique and Physique competitors in addition to Women's Bodybuilding, since both divisions emphasize a more muscular physique than those in the other women's divisions. I consider what women bodybuilders and Physique competitors have done with their bodies to be magnificent, beautiful, impressive, and admirable. FEMALE MUSCLE RULES!!!
