Almost 3 yrs. since our last samplers and 7 months in the making, we are excited to show you that we did not fall off the face of the Earth. Instead, we have just been keeping our heads down and training hard this whole time.
The APEX Movement pro team consists of 7 elite freerunners based out of Denver/Boulder, Colorado, USA. In addition to doing performances, stuntwork, and commercials, APEX Movement is also the world's largest Parkour/Freerunning gym, with 3 locations, offering training to the general public, athletes, military personnel, law enforcement officers, parkour coaches, and more.

Late January and Begging of February we hosted in Portugal a special group of jumpers and friends. We were about 50 guys sharing a small hostel and just concerned with training and chilling.
