The Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) was established in 1997, FEDUSA currently represents 410 000, paid-up members from 26 affiliated Trade Unions. As the largest politically non-aligned Trade Union Federation in South Africa, FEDUSA boasts two national offices. FEDUSA House is situated in Horizon Park in Johannesburg, and the Parliamentary Office in Cape Town.

FEDUSA believes in promoting worker rights and equality in the workplace by improving our affiliate's capacity in representing their members,be it collectively at the bargaining tables, or individually in cases at the workplace, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) or the Labour Court.

FEDUSA and NACTU established the South African Confederation of Trade Unions (SACOTU)
