@realsamwise I own Both, the Kel Tec is better, but is harder to find one for sale, and command a higher price than the Hi point carbine.

I like revolvers, but if we are talking about some type of scenerio where you had to shoot it out with possibly more than 1 attacker. I want the firepower of a semi auto

with a large ammo capacity, I have speedloaders but still find reloading the semi auto easier and faster.

I'm too cheap to buy speed loaders for my 38 revolver, I use SKS stripper clips, put 6

rounds on each stripper and you can load the cylinder pretty quick, just sliding each round off the stripper into the empty holes in the cylinder as you turn it.

I don't own a Kel Tec, but after examining the same types from Ruger,Taurus,etc

they all look like a piece of cheap plastic crap, if they were around 100 dollars, I might buy one as a novelty, to use as a plinker or range toy,

I think all those newer pistols from Keltec, Ruger, taurus,etc, that are palm sized

chambered in 380, hold about 6 shots,are flat, easy to conceal, light weight,semi automatic, have made the Derringer obsolete,

One thing I did not take into consideration when looking for a conceal carry pistol, if you want a gun with a high cap magazine, a full magazine of 15 nine mm rds, weighs as much as the gun, and once loaded, that gun you thought was really light, now feels alot heavier,

I carry a 45, only because they dont make a 46.

I read where these pistols have a free floating firing pin, which means if you dropped it on the ground,it will fire , where as a modern pistol would not,

@TheValhallaNetwork Revolvers are yesterdays news,all the police forces went semi auto, No elite or special forces in the U.S military use them anymore, and I can't think of 1 country that still issues revolvers as a sidearm for their military personnel,

The fact that almost all police have gone to semi auto, and I can't think of one country that issues revolvers to their military for a side arm, should tell you something.

I used to lean toward a revolver for reliability and simplicity, but in a world where everybody has semi autos with high cap mags, a revolver suddenly makes me feel undergunned.

@anthe I would have to say, since the 40 is a heavier bullet traveling at close to the same velocity as the 9 mm, yes, the 40 would have more punch, but, I'm not going to

feel undergunned with my 9mm, and I won't run out and trade it in on a 40 either.

I wish they would put these type of strategy games on a PS3 or Xbox360 format.
