Version sucks. It's far too busy for a MM song. The appeal of Cowboy Dan was the spidery guitar lines and Issac's desperate voice. This just makes it into some rock song. It's one of my favorites so perhaps I'm being overly critical, and I understand it's art so I shouldn't really cast judgment...
