The example you gave is right.That's just like coral snake and rattlesnake/lancehead.One shows lower value in LD50 whereas the other one is more aggressive if provoked and have far more venom dose.

Yes,sub-adult or adult king cobras should be handled by experienced people.They are not a joke and can be highly aggressive if provoked.Bites are also very dangerous.
