No there are about 300 individual SMD LEDs. They are about 20 lumens each. So they produce as much light as headlights, but because they are unfocused, alot of usable output is lost.

BMW 545i tapping, knocking tapping problem, dealer doesnt know what is wrong with it.
This noise is worse when the motor is cold and it is cold outside. Very bad tapping - ticking noise driving. Seems loudest between idle and 3000 rp...

Ticking is caused by the valve lifters.....it is a known problem across various engines, with the N52 being the most recent.
Step 1 is to replace the valve lifters. Step 2 is to replace the engine head with an updated part #. Your dealer is only allowed to proceed with step 2 after the valves ha...

Steptronic transmissions are faster in DS mode instead of manual mode as well.
When in DS, floor it until your car shifts then let go of the gas to let the revs drop and press it again.
