the car wasnt moving because he didnt have any where to go there was 2 or 3 other cars in the intersection and my 2 cents on the sirens is i think its stupid to run an electronic siren with a q siren where im at very few people have more than one siren on any of their apparatus and its not nessic...

im not sure about other area but in the chicago land area green strobe lights signify command and since the officer of the apparatus sits on the right side there are green lights on the right side of the apparatus
