This is my channel about recovery from mental illnesses and gaining life, hope and happiness.
I use this space mostly to try to cope in a creative way with my emotions. I do not claim to be professional, artistic or perfect, just myself.
I have been struggling with eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, self injury, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression since I was 9 years old. I have been in many treatments, in and outpatient and I think it's so important to try everything until you find what works for you.
