Father Martin resides in Aberdeen, Maryland with Mae and Tommy Abraham. Father is retired and no longer travels to speak publicly. In recent years, he has been challenged by various health problems. Father is now undergoing regular physical therapy and dialysis. On June 15, 2008, he will celebrate 50 years of sobriety!

In February 2007, Father and Mae sold Kelly Productions, Inc. and the rights to his books, audio material and films. Our goal is clear. Currently, Father Martin offers 22 films on DVD, 6 audio CDs, and three books. We are continually in the process of converting material from our archives and updating our catalogue. Father has remained a tremendous supporter of our work at Kelly Productions and is very hopeful that this site will emerge as a useful resource for people affected by addiction. Of similar importance, it is our hope that this sober community will provide a suitable platform for Father's body of work. -completed four years of secondary education at Loyola High School

-ordained a priest on May 22, 1948 for the Archdiocese of Baltimore
-first assignment was to St. Joseph's College, a prep seminary in San Francisco
-in 1951, completed the rigorous training required to become a Sulpician

On June 15, 1958, Father Martin entered Guest House in Lake Orion, Michigan, a treatment center for the clergy. There, Father with the help and guidance of Austin Ripley and Dr. Walter Green, began his own journey to recovery. After his experience at Guest House, Father's life changed dramatically. He has gone on to touch the lives of millions of recovering alcoholics and addicts through his unique ability to educate on the disease of addiction.
