Hi,

After trying dozens of different weight loss techniques from boot camps to fasts, detox farms, personal trainers, weight watchers, lite and easy etc etc etc I decided on weight loss surgery and on the 21st Feb 2009 I had a procedure called a "Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy".

To date I have lost 47kg since Feb 7th.
