Hi, my name is Karla and my blog is about my weight loss journey.

I've been overweight all my life. I always dreamed that some day I would look good in a bikini but I never did anything about it...until recently.

For the first time in my life I have a flat stomach.I've learned ways to lose weight and maintain my figure.
