I'm looking to lose weight -- approximately 15 or so kg or about 20 or more lbs. I will post weekly or so videos showing what needs the most work -- the dreaded tummy/hips area so that I will be able to "see" the difference, if any, which I think is more important than the scale. I've seen other vlogs with similar videos and felt inspired to make my own, so I pay homage to those brave folks~ Thanks for visiting and please be honest -- I know I have a long way to go so I don't need that pointed out as I am fully aware of it ;o)
My plan: Simply cutting out/minimizing junk food, making healthy choices when eating out, eating until I'm satisfied -- no more! Exercising at least 2-3x per week @ the gym/outdoor jogging when it's nice.
My goal is to lose weight slowly and healthily. I want to look slimmer and more toned, but keep some curves b/c they're sexy! ;o)
