I will be changing direction of this channel in 2010. It will be more like a diary & hopefully a more intimate look into my daily struggle to lose the weight.

I am a normal person. I share what I learn with my subscribers. I am a expert in my personal experience that's it. This is a channel for those looking for support in their journey to health.

I currently suffer from:

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Fibromyalgia
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

I believe in the Raw food diet. I also know it is not for everyone. Sometimes I don't even know if I can do it 100% all the time. I am looking for a way of eating I can maintain forever and I know raw foods will be part of it and hopefully my mainstay.
