Enroll your kids into something that works. There are plenty of options. Jeet kune do, boxing, muy thai boxing, restling, kravmaga, MMA defense, street defense, and on and on. Taekwando and karate are money making institutions that are on every block like mcdonalds. They are just as unhealthy too.
